Refunds will be granted as a credit at 75% of amount paid if your reservation is greater than 60 days from the day the refund is requested.
If the reservation is greater than 30 days from the day the refund is requested but less than 60 then 50% of amount paid will be credited.
If the reservation is less than 30 days away from the date the refund is requested, then a refund in not possible.
Monies are kept towards your next booking, which must be within 365 days of the original reservation date.
Forfeiture Policy: All bookings must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival.
Last minute bookings (within 30 days of arrival) to have
payment
reflect in the MyPrimeHoliday.com trust account before arrival and within 3 days of the booking date. Bookings not adhereing to the above will be forfeit in full.
